  1. Great article. I’ve been incorporating some of these into my gym day workouts. I try to hit the gym 2-3 times per week but it’s difficult when I need to run 3-4 days per week and have a life!

    • Haha! Talk about it! I find I struggle to get to the gym more than once a week, so I do these sorts of exercises at home to keep up the strength work, otherwise all I’d be doing is running, which is never good!
